Lara joined the Bow River Team in June 2015 after earning her Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from McGill University. She majored in finance and is currently pursuing Level II of her CFA designation. Prior to joining Bow River, Lara spent a summer working for Full Cycle Energy Investment Management and gained experience analyzing various upstream oil and gas companies. She assists the management team with analysis of potential growth opportunities for the company.
Linda has been with Bow River since October of 2014 and brings with her over 20 years of experience in operations accounting in the oil and gas industry. She works closely with the rest of the finance team to ensure accuracy in the company’s financial reporting.
Josh is a senior geologist with over 20 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Bow River in 2016, Josh was the Vice-President of Geology and Geophysics at Koch Exploration Canada. He has also previously held positions at Renaissance Energy and Action Energy, among others. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Earth Science from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.
Linda has worked with the Bow River team since the company’s inception and possesses more than 32 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. She has worked all components of land administration, from surface to mineral to contracts.
Robert is a senior petroleum engineer with over 25 years of experience in numerous plays throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, ranging from deep sour oil to shallow gas. Prior to joining Bow River in 2016, Robert was the Senior Business Development Engineer at Long Run Exploration. He has also held positions at Penn West, Amoco, and Dome. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Vindy is responsible for a multitude of tasks on a daily basis, some of which include mail processing, vendor payments, and all things HR related. She brings six years of experience in similar roles to Bow River and has an acute understanding of various workplace cultures. Vindy has been with the company since May of 2014 and possesses a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Mount Royal University.
Vivi Ann Hall, CPA, CA
Vivi Ann joined the Bow River team in April 2017. She is a CPA, CA with over 20 years of experience in financial and operations accounting primarily in the upstream oil and gas industry. Prior to Bow River, she was Assistant Controller at EOG Resources Canada for 12 years. She is responsible for all accounting including internal and external reporting.
Corinne is a Surface Land Administrator with over 12 years of experience. She is responsible for the coordination of all facets of surface land activity, including the acquisition of well sites and access roads, pipeline right-of-ways, and crossing and road use agreements. Corinne maintains ongoing communication and interaction both internally with the company operations group and field agents, as well as externally with key stakeholders such as landowners, First Nations, environment groups, government agencies, and regulatory officials.
Liz has been with Bow River since February of 2014 and is responsible for the company’s production accounting. She adds over 30 years of experience in the industry to this department of Bow River Energy Ltd.
Josh has been a geologist with Bow River for one year but possesses more than 5 years of experience analyzing similar formations to those studied by Bow River during his time at Encana Corporation. It was here that he became very familiar with coal bed methane and the Mannville Group, as well as with Paleozoic exploration. Josh possesses a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology from the University of Calgary.
Rick oversees production for all Bow River field operations and has worked with these assets for a number of years. He is a natural team leader and is continually working to ensure that all operational decisions are made with an economical focus. However, safety is his top priority and he always works to ensure that this is never comprised at any cost.
Brad is the Area Foreman for Bow River’s Amisk and West Central Saskatchewan properties, for which he possesses over 10 years of experience. His expertise lies with resolving various well issues, whether they be downhole or surface equipment problems. Brad is passionate about the oil and gas sector and enjoys learning about all aspects of the business.
Brian has worked in northwest Saskatchewan gas operations for more than 20 years but has lived in the area all of his life, making him very familiar with the area’s characteristics. Brian always enjoys a challenge and loves working to ensure that all aspects of the facilities he manages are continually running smoothly.
Brian is a contract operator with Bow River and works mainly with the Bronson fields. Specifically, he has worked with the North Bronson assets for close to 15 years. He brings excellent mechanical skills to the Bow River team.
Jeff has worked with the central Saskatchewan oil assets since May of 2013 but is very familiar with the area, having grown up in Macklin. He is extremely mechanically inclined and can be relied upon to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently. Jeff holds prides himself on the fact that he ensures all work, not just his own, is done in a safe manner.
Curtis works in the west central Saskatchewan area, mainly with the oil assets in Hallam. He has worked with these assets for about 3 years but is looking forward to gaining addition field experience with the Bow River team.
Aaron works mainly with Bow River’s oil assets at the Amisk facility. He has been working with these assets for over 9 years, first with NuVista and now with Bow River.
Glen has worked with the South Bronson assets in the Fort Pitt gas area since 1997, which were previously held by Nexen and later NuVista. He is familiar with their production profile and is currently very engaged in ensuring that production can be stabilized. Glen holds a diploma in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan.
Terry works primarily with the Primrose assets and brings over 18 years of experience in the field to the Bow River team. He excels at ensuring that equipment and operations run more efficiently, safely, and cost effectively.
David possesses more than 8 years of experience working with the Amisk oil assets in western Saskatchewan. He excited to continue growing his experience in the field with the Bow River team.
Dave is new to the Bow River team and works closely with the Primrose assets in the Pierceland gas area. He excels at saving costs and ensuring efficient operational organization. He is excited to learn and grow with the Bow River team.
Shawn is a contract operator with Bow River and worked with the South Bronson, North Bronson, and Fort Pitt assets for over 5 years. He is extremely familiar with the area and the nature of these assets, having lived in the area for his entire life.
Leonard is a field operator in the Pierceland gas area who brings over 24 years of experience in industry with him to the Bow River team. Having grown up in Pierceland, Leonard is very familiar with the intricacies of these assets and thrives at being able to maximize production.
Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience working with the Fort Pitt and Bronson assets to the Bow River team. One of his key strengths is ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of compressors so that they always run smoothly.
Stacy has worked with the Amisk assets for over 5 years but possesses experience in the oilfield industry that dates back over 20 years. He is familiar with both field operations and chemical sales.
Laura brings over 25 years of experience in the Pierceland office to Bow River. She covers the administrative work for all field areas of Bow River operations by utilizing her organizational strengths to ensure everything gets done.
Mike has over 8 years of experience working with the Saskatchewan assets. He also brings a knack for computer troubleshooting to the Bow River team. He thrives at ensuring that the equipment he operates experiences as little downtime as possible.
